So what does transformative mental health and wellbeing actually mean? 
It is of course different for everyone, and I offer a unique space to explore what is holding you back from living the life that you dream of. 
Life brings many challenges and in my experience the main obstacle to living a good life is overcoming any anxiety and depressive thoughts, in effect fear and sadness. We can all experience these feelings at different times in our lives, however if it is stopping you from living your daily life through disabling anxiety, I can help you to take the important first steps.

My background and experience in mental health, education, mentoring and coaching all help me to help you. My life experiences have shaped the way I coach people to improve their lives.   I can support you if experiencing difficulties in your life and there are multiple competing concerns or situations going on for you. Perhaps you are stressed and overwhelmed and feeling unable to cope with every day life, affecting relationships, work, caring responsibilities and your physical and mental health. 

My own life has changed dramatically since I overcame anxiety and depression. With a 'diagnosis' of 'generalised anxiety and depression' I was prescribed anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication which did help to some extent initially, but I needed to work out what the root cause of my distress was. I sought help everywhere I could find to alleviate the way I felt and the panic attacks that affected me on a daily basis.  After many years of counselling (talking therapy mainly),  I did a deep dive into alternative ways of helping myself, spending a few years studying NLP, holistic health and emotions education. I no longer take medication for anxiety and depression and my stutter, which accompanied debilitating panic attacks has not returned and depressive thoughts no longer plague me. I now have ways of helping myself to move through those feelings when they show up. I am always looking to find the best ways to help myself and others through continuous professional training.

My purpose and passion is to help my clients in a quick, nimble way. It doesn’t have to be years of medication and counselling for you…I previously went down this route and have found many quicker and more effective ways of recovering including NLP tools and techniques, body movement, self care, compassion and mindfulness. My aim is to support you to make transformational change in your life, by 'getting out of your mind and into your body' to help process emotions better and to reduce any anxiety and feelings of overwhelm that prevent you from truly living your life. I can help you to have more insight, gain clarity and increased confidence and self esteem to make decisions and move one foot in front of the other. I know that you can make those changes and experience a life that is full,  stepping into your own power, and leaving fear behind you.
